CANCELLATION POLICY

Life happens, I get it. If you need to reschedule, you must notify me 48 hours before the time of your appointment ​ If notified 48 hours before, I will allow a one time transfer of the booking fee. If you need to reschedule a second time, you will lose your original deposit and will have to pay a new one in order to book a new appointment. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours of the original appointment time will result in 50% charge of service and loss of booking fee. A new booking fee must be paid before booking a new appointment. Cancelling your appointment less than 48 hours before your scheduled session will result in loss of booking fee and you will be charged 50% of the service ​ Not showing up to your scheduled appointment will result in loss of booking fee and you will be charged 50% of the service. Clients will also not be able to make future appointments at Artistry by Andrea. **Please note, deposits and booking fees when scheduling your appointment are ALWAYS NON-REFUNDABLE**
