CANCELLATION POLICY

Life happens, I get it. To reschedule your appointment, you must notify me 48 hours before the time of your appointment ​ If notified 48 hours before, I will allow a one time transfer of the booking fee. If you need to reschedule a second time, you will lose your original deposit and will have to pay a new one in order to book a new appointment. Cancelling or rescheduling your appointment less than 48 hours before your scheduled session will result in loss of booking fee and charged 50% of the service. A new booking fee must be paid before booking a new appointment. ​ Not showing up to your scheduled appointment will result in loss of booking fee and you will be charged 50% of the service. Clients will also not be able to make future appointments at Artistry by Andrea. **Please note, deposits and booking fees when scheduling your appointment are ALWAYS NON-REFUNDABLE**
